My mother-in-law came into town this weekend. No, that’s not a joke or a punch-line, I’ve been blessed with an awesome mother-in-law. Being the loving, generous husband I am, I offered to watch both the boys this afternoon so they could go out shopping. Now that may sound a little crazy, but it wasn’t. At least until we shared a little of our desert with him – ice cream that is. Yeah, my wife had no problem giving him ice cream if I was taking care of him afterwards.
Things actually didn’t go that bad. We had to wake him up from a deep nap to go to lunch in the first place, so he was a little tired. The sugar burned out pretty quick. But he did have a few interesting moments.
Here’s a pic that’ll probably have me in trouble with my wife – but I couldn’t believe it when I saw him on top of the bouncy seat – on all fours!
